"I placed my first order to be used as a gift for our Christmas gift exchange at work. I then realized that I only had a week until the party, so I emailed them asking if there was any way they could get it to me within a week. I had resigned myself to not getting it in time. I checked my email a few hours later and had a shipment notice with tracking number. It will deliver 2 days after ordering. Liberty Beans is da BOMB!"

"I haven't tried enough of the coffee yet to review the quality, but I can review the customer service. I ordered three bags of whole been coffee. Frustratingly, I received one bag of ground coffee. I emailed support, and within a few hours I had received a response; within 24 ours, FOUR bags (my order + one) were shipped to me to make up for the mistake. Every company will occasionally make a mistake. Liberty Beans makes their mistakes right."
